Membership Policy

A new issue has come under debate: Will members be required to post on the forums? There are a few problems here. First, our forums are not nearly as popular as I hope they will be. If only the founding members post there, than it will never grow. We need members to spread the word, and now that we've had two new recruits, things should start picking up. If you see anyone sporting the N|3C tag, tell em to post on the forums regularly. I don't know if we can enforce that policy though, since I'd prefer to have members who don't post than to have no members at all. We don't have enough weight to start threatening to kick people out. Nobody's really dying to get in :D. What should we do? Debate this on the forums.
